Late American actress Marilyn Monroe’s married life with late Arthur Miller has been unravelled in a new biography of the American playwright and essayist by Christopher Bigsby.
Miller and Monroe started meeting each other regularly throughout the summer and autumn of 1955, and on the evening of 29 June 1956, they were married in a civil ceremony, the Telegraph reported the biography as stating.

SR licensing firm at the forefront of selling never-before-seen images of the icon

Marilyn Monroe is one of Hollywood's most popular icons, ranking fifth in earnings among dead celebrities this year, according to Forbes.com.
Now, you can see more of Marilyn than ever before, thanks to a Santa Rosa company.
Legends Licensing is selling the commercial rights to hundreds of never-before-seen photos of the Hollywood star following two federal court rulings that loosened control of Monroe's likeness.
"We represent 10,000 images of Marilyn Monroe," said Gary Saal, founder of Legends Licensing. "Our collection is the largest in the world. Now these images can be put to commercial use."

You get an idea of Brandon James' admiration for his late mother, Jeanne Carmen, when he leafs through a trove of old men's magazines that show her scantily clad – albeit never nude – in all manner of risqué poses.
"Her sexuality was so ahead of its time," he proclaims.
As he studies a portrait of his mom wearing a leopard-print bikini in the August 1959 issue of "Mr.," James – who has never been the type to get a tattoo – sees an image that just might make good body art.
The tattoo would just be "a tribute," says James, who recently published a biography of his mother that he wrote in her first-person voice. "Not necessarily that it's my mom, but that it's a pin-up. Why would I choose someone other than my mom?"
Given all that affection, it's not hard to see why James, a Newport Beach resident, has committed so much time to defending his mother's reputation.
Years before her death last December, Carmen began taking heat for supposedly fabricating a friendship with Marilyn Monroe to become a talk-show darling and regain the limelight she enjoyed in her youth.
